The export of dangerous goods and mixtures is subject to many regulations in the field of export control, classification and labelling. And also the transport of dangerous goods. In addition, depending on the domestic market, the national requirements applicable in a given area must be met. Often, when exporting goods, additional statements or certificates are required to prove the compliance of the goods with local regulations. If the requirements are not met before the shipment of a chemical substance or finished product – it will not be possible to place the goods on the export market, regardless of whether the substance (product) is classified as dangerous to people or the environment.
