ATTENTION!  

Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 will be repealed!  It will be replaced by an amendment to the proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on detergents and surfactants amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020.

Formal non-compliance with the Regulation:

product is not labelled
product passport not drawn up
technical documentation not available or incomplete
the data carrier through which the product passport was issued does not comply with the Regulation
label or labelling information has not been provided
